Terms of sale
Horus terms of sale: order, secure Viva payment, Colissimo shipping, 14-day withdrawal, statutory warranties — CBD ≤ 0.3% THC.
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the contractual relationship between Horus SAS and any customer placing an order on horus-sas.com. They prevail over any other document, including the customer's own purchase conditions.
Article 1 — Purpose
Horus SAS sells hemp- and cannabidiol-based (CBD) products intended for adults of legal age (18+). Products comply strictly with the French legal framework: tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content less than or equal to 0.3% in line with the order of 30 December 2021 and EU case law (CJEU, Kanavape ruling of 19 November 2020). Products are not medicines and have no therapeutic purpose. Information shown on product pages is purely descriptive.
Article 2 — Acceptance
Placing an order on horus-sas.com implies full acceptance of these GTS. The customer confirms acceptance by ticking the dedicated checkbox before final validation. Applicable GTS are those in force at the time the order is placed; any update applies only to subsequent orders.
Article 3 — Access conditions — Adults only
Access and ordering are reserved exclusively to natural persons of legal age (18+) with full legal capacity. An age-gate is shown on first visit. Any false declaration leads to order cancellation. Selling CBD products to minors is strictly prohibited.
Article 4 — Products
Essential characteristics of each product (variety, CBD content, THC < 0.3%, extraction method, volume, batch, best-before date) are provided on each product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible; they do not bind Horus in case of minor batch-related variations. Products are not intended for medicinal use.
Horus reserves the right to remove a product from the catalog at any time, or to limit per-order quantities to ensure availability across our customer base.
Article 5 — Order
The order journey: select products, add to cart, review the cart, identify (account or guest), enter shipping and billing details, choose shipping method, choose payment method, final validation after accepting these GTS.
The order becomes definitive only upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent automatically with the order summary and reference number. If you do not receive it within 24 working hours, contact contact@horus-sas.com.
Article 6 — Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping. The applicable VAT is that in force on the day the order is placed. Shipping fees are computed and shown at checkout before final validation.
Article 7 — Payment
Online payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the secure Viva Wallet platform (hosted checkout, PCI-DSS compliant). No card data is ever stored by Horus SAS. Transactions are encrypted end-to-end (TLS 1.3).
If payment fails, the order is automatically cancelled. Horus reserves the right to suspend any processing on suspicion of fraud or prior payment incident.
Article 8 — Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours after payment confirmation. Shipping methods and rates are detailed on the Shipping page. Indicative delivery times: 2–3 working days mainland France (Colissimo Home), 4–7 working days within the EU. Free shipping above €59 in mainland France (Colissimo Home).
Outer packaging is neutral with no Horus branding visible. The tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dropped off at La Poste.
Risk transfers upon physical delivery to the customer (article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code). If you receive a damaged parcel, photograph the packaging and contents BEFORE fully opening, and write to contact@horus-sas.com within 48 hours.
Article 9 — Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the last item to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty. Modalities are detailed on the Right of withdrawal page.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery (art. L.221-28 5°), notably opened oils, e-liquids and unsealed cosmetics.
Article 10 — Legal warranties
Regardless of any commercial guarantee, Horus is bound by:
- Legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq.): 2 years from delivery.
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): 2 years from discovery.
These warranties allow at the customer's choice repair or replacement, failing which a full refund. To exercise them, contact contact@horus-sas.com.
Article 11 — Customer service & complaints
For any complaint: contact@horus-sas.com or use the form on the Contact page. We commit to reply within 48 working hours and to resolve any dispute within 30 days.
Article 12 — Consumer mediation

Article 13 — Force majeure
Horus is not liable for non-performance or delay due to force majeure. After 30 days of force majeure, the contract is terminated and the customer refunded.

Article 15 — Governing law
These GTS are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
