01 Is CBD legal in France?
Yes. Following the CJEU Kanavape ruling (19 November 2020) and the French order of 30 December 2021, CBD products are legal as long as THC content stays ≤ 0.3%. All our products comply, with lab analyses on file.

02 Is CBD a medicine?
No. Retail CBD is not a medicine and cannot be presented as such. We make no therapeutic claims — site, store, emails. For medical questions, consult a healthcare professional.

03 Is CBD detected during roadside drug tests?
Roadside saliva tests detect THC, not CBD. However, full-spectrum products contain a residue of THC ≤ 0.3% which could, theoretically, trigger a positive test on heavy use. We recommend not driving for a few hours after consuming flowers or resins.

04 Is there a risk of dependence?
According to the WHO (2018), CBD does not cause dependence and has no major psychoactive effect. It is nevertheless not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with active medical conditions without medical advice.

05 How do I place an order?
Add products to cart → click « Checkout » → enter shipping and billing details → choose shipping method → pay online (Viva Wallet — secure). A confirmation email arrives immediately.

06 Can I order without an account?
Yes. Account creation is optional. It is recommended to track orders, export data and enjoy loyalty (in-store and online).

07 Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the secure Viva Wallet platform (hosted checkout, PCI-DSS compliant). No card data is stored by Horus.

08 How long for delivery?

Yes. Outer packaging is neutral with no Horus branding visible.

11 What if I'm not home for the delivery?
La Poste leaves a notice. You may rebook delivery online or pick up at your local post office within 15 days. Pickup point: 15 days to collect.

13 Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene and health reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed cannot be returned (opened cosmetics, started e-liquids, oils whose pipette has been used). Article L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code.

Click « Forgot password » on the login page. You'll receive an email with a 1-hour valid reset link.

16 How does loyalty work?
€1 spent = 1 point. 100 points = €5 off your next order. Points stack with no cap and no expiry as long as your account is active. The program will be synchronised between the online store and our two physical shops (Boulogne-sur-Gesse and L'Isle en Dodon) as soon as the connected till goes live — your in-store purchases will count here and vice-versa.
