Right of withdrawal
14-day right of withdrawal on horus-sas.com: modalities, exceptions, standard form, refund.
Pursuant to articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the reception of the last item of your order to withdraw without having to give any reason.
1. Time limit
The 14-day period starts the day after the last item of your order is received. If it ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
2. How to exercise your right
To withdraw, you must notify us of your decision via an unambiguous statement before the deadline. Three options:
- Online form: from your account, section « My orders » → « Request withdrawal ».
- Email: contact@horus-sas.com stating order number, references and postal address.
- Standard form: see below — print and include with the return, or copy into an email.
3. Returning the goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and within 14 days from notifying your decision. Goods must be:
- in their original state (sealed not unsealed, intact labels);
- accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery slip;
- returned to: HORUS SAS — Returns service — 3 rue Desirat, 31350 Boulogne-sur-Gesse, France.
Direct return costs are at your charge, unless the product is defective or non-conforming. We recommend tracked shipping.
4. Refund
We refund all sums paid (product price + initial standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of dispatch (whichever comes first), via the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Should you have chosen a shipping method more expensive than the standard one, the differential is not refunded.
5. Exceptions
Pursuant to article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene/health reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (opened oils, e-liquids, opened cosmetics, opened bulk teas);
- products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (batches near best-before date);
- products made to consumer specifications or clearly customized;
- services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and started with the consumer's prior express consent.
