My GDPR rights
Your 7 GDPR rights at Horus: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, post-mortem.
You have a set of rights over your personal data under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the French « Informatique & Libertés » law. This page summarizes how to exercise them simply.
Your 7 rights, in plain English
- Access
- Obtain the list of data we hold about you.
- Rectification
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data (email, address, etc.).
- Erasure
- Delete your data (« right to be forgotten »), except for legally-required retention (invoices: 10 years).
- Restriction
- Freeze a processing while a dispute is examined.
- Portability
- Recover your data in a readable file (JSON / CSV) to transfer it elsewhere.
- Objection
- Object to a processing (newsletter, profiling, legitimate interest).
- Post-mortem directives
- State what should happen to your data after your death (LIL art. 85).
How to exercise them
- From your account — section « My data »: instant JSON export, automatic deletion.
- By email to our DPO: privacy@horus-sas.com. Where possible attach a copy of an ID document (to prevent impersonation). It is kept only as long as needed and then destroyed.

Our response commitment
We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and respond within 1 month maximum. Complex requests may extend this by 2 months, with prior notice.
