01 When will my order be shipped?
Within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dropped off at La Poste.

02 Can I choose my pickup point?
Yes. Select 'Colissimo Pickup Point' at checkout, then choose your point from the list (15,000+ in France). You'll have 15 days to collect it.

03 Do you ship on weekends?
We don't dispatch on weekends, but La Poste delivers Saturday in some areas. Orders placed on Friday afternoon usually ship the following Monday.

04 What if I'm not home for the delivery?
La Poste leaves a notice. You can rebook delivery online, or pick up at the nearest post office within 15 days.

05 I haven't received my order — what should I do?
Check the tracking link first. If the status hasn't moved for more than 5 working days, contact us at the toll-free number 0 805 691 421 — we'll handle La Poste together.

06 What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Take photos of the package and contents BEFORE opening. Email us within 48 h with photos. Colissimo includes insurance — we'll process the claim and send you a replacement.
