  • 01 Is CBD legal in France?

    Yes. CBD products derived from authorised hemp varieties are legal in France as long as the THC content remains strictly below 0.30 %. All Horus products meet this requirement.

  • 02 Does CBD make you high?

    No. CBD is not psychoactive. The legally-mandated < 0.30 % THC threshold means our products have no intoxicating effect.

  • 03 Where can I buy CBD in Haute-Garonne?

    Horus runs two physical shops: 3 rue Désirat in Boulogne-sur-Gesse (31350) since 2023, and 10 boulevard des Martyrs de Meilhan in L'Isle en Dodon (31230). Online ordering with nationwide delivery is also available 24/7.

  • 04 How do I choose between flowers, resin and oil?

    It depends on your usage. Flowers are aromatic — for infusion or vaporisation. Resins are denser and more concentrated. Oils (tinctures) are practical, dosed in drops. Drop by either shop, our advice is free and jargon-free.

  • 05 Can I use CBD during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

    We strongly recommend consulting your doctor first. Horus makes no medical claims and CBD is not a medicine. Same applies if you're on medication.

  • 01 How long does delivery take?

    Colissimo Home: 2-3 business days in mainland France. Pickup point: 2-4 days. International EU: 4-7 days. Tracking number sent by email as soon as the parcel ships.

  • 02 Is shipping free?

    Yes, in mainland France with Colissimo Pickup Point above €59 (cart total). Home delivery remains charged. Below that threshold, prices start at €5.50 (pickup point) or €6.90 (home delivery).

  • 03 Can I pick up in shop?

    Yes — and it's the fastest option. Order online, choose the store (Boulogne-sur-Gesse or L'Isle en Dodon), pick up the same day once ready. No shipping fee.

  • 04 Is the packaging discreet?

    Yes. The outer box has no Horus branding visible — it's a neutral parcel. Only the address label identifies the recipient.

  • 05 Can I return a product?

    You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt for unopened, sealed products (excluding consumables once opened, for hygiene reasons). Return shipping is at your expense unless the product was defective.

  • 01 How is payment handled?

    Through Viva Wallet, a PCI-DSS compliant hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted.

  • 02 Do you have a loyalty programme?

    Not yet. We focus on fair pricing every day rather than discount mechanics. A customer account simply lets you track orders and reorder faster.
