Horus terms of use: access conditions, user account, prohibited behaviour, intellectual property.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of horus-sas.com. They apply to any visitor, whether placing an order or not.

1. Site purpose

horus-sas.com is a merchant website allowing browsing and purchase of hemp- and CBD-based products compliant with French regulation. The site also publishes editorial content (blog, product pages, journal) for informational purposes only. No content on the site constitutes medical advice.

2. Access

Access is reserved to natural persons of legal age (18+). An age-gate is shown on first visit. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and of the Terms of Sale.

3. User account

Creating an account is optional for browsing but required to access order history, data export and loyalty tracking. The customer is responsible for credentials confidentiality. All actions performed from an account are deemed performed by its holder. Report any suspected breach immediately at contact@horus-sas.com.

Passwords are stored irreversibly (Argon2id). Horus cannot communicate yours back; if forgotten, use the « Forgot password » flow.

4. Prohibited behaviour

The visitor undertakes notably not to:

  • circumvent security measures (CSP, rate-limit, CSRF, age-gate);
  • use automated data collection (scraping, aggressive crawling) without written consent;
  • reverse-engineer, disassemble or decompile the code;
  • use the site for unauthorized resale, spam, phishing or identity theft;
  • publish — via the contact form, newsletter or any other channel — illegal, defamatory, counterfeiting, hate-inciting or human-dignity-infringing content.

Horus reserves the right to suspend or delete any account violating these rules without notice, and to cooperate with competent authorities.

5. Site availability

Horus strives to ensure permanent access, subject to maintenance, updates or force majeure. No 100% availability is guaranteed.

The site may link to third-party resources. Horus has no control over external content and cannot be held responsible for it.

8. Cookies

9. Updates

Horus may amend these Terms at any time. Important changes are signalled on the homepage and, where applicable, by email to active accounts.

10. Governing law

French law exclusively. French courts of competent jurisdiction.
